A Faculty Led by an Educational Visionary
The Faculty of Education is led by Professor Barnaby Lenon, CBE, a figure of high regard in the education sector:
- Professor Lenon is the Dean of Education at the University of Buckingham and was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for his services to education in 2019.
- He has held leadership roles at some of the UK’s most prestigious institutions, including serving as Headmaster of Harrow School for 12 years and teaching at Eton College for 12 years.
- His extensive experience includes co-founding the highly successful state sixth form academy, the London Academy of Excellence, and serving as the Chairman of the Independent Schools Council (ISC).
- As an author of six books and a widely quoted educationalist in the media, his insight into effective teaching and school leadership is highly respected.
The winner of the Buckingham International Master’s Scholarship will receive an award covering 50% of the tuition fees of their chosen Master’s Degree.
 The Scholarship is for:
